Aspire AF Mesh Replacement Coils - 5 Pack

One coil for the whole Flexus family

The AF Mesh coils from Aspire are sold in fives. Their Kanthal AF mesh heating surface spreads heat across the whole wick, which gives consistent flavour from puff to puff. The value and power range are engraved on the body of each coil: no chance of a mistake at change time.

Which value should I choose?

• 1ohm (12 to 15W): tight mouth-to-lung (MTL) draw, the vapour goes through the mouth before being inhaled, as with a cigarette.
• 0.8ohm (14 to 16W): the one the Flexus SE comes with, a happy medium between softness and vapour.
• 0.6ohm (15 to 18W): restricted direct-to-lung (RDL) draw, airier, with more vapour.
• 0.4ohm (20 to 28W): the most open, reserved for devices that deliver enough power.

Compatible hardware

The 0.6, 0.8 and 1ohm values suit the Flexus Stik, Flexus Q and Flexus AIO kits, as well as the Flexus Blok, Flexus Peak and Riil X. All four values, 0.4ohm included, go in the Flexus SE, the Flexus Pro, the Raga AIO and the AF Tank of the Boxxer and Rover Plus kits. Find the other references in the coils category.

Frequently asked questions

Does the 0.4ohm work on my Flexus Stik?

No. Aspire intends it for the Flexus SE, the Flexus Pro, the Raga AIO and the AF Tank. On a Flexus Stik, Q, AIO or Peak, choose between 0.6 and 1ohm.

How do I start a new coil?

Wet the wick visible through the coil's slots with two or three drops, put it back in place, fill, then let it rest for five minutes. On an adjustable device, start at the bottom of the engraved range and increase gradually.
