Flexus Stik: an easy-going pen for vaping with no complicated settings

The Flexus Stik pod kit from Aspire is aimed above all at smokers moving to vaping or vapers looking for a discreet second device. Its 22mm diameter anodised aluminium body is held like a pen and slips into any pocket. The 1200mAh built-in battery covers, according to Aspire, up to two days of use, and recharges over USB-C.

You vape simply by inhaling, or by pressing the button under the device, away from accidental firing. Three power levels are offered and a light ring shows the level: red for the softest, blue for the intermediate, green for the strongest. With the AF Mesh 1ohm coil, the draw is tight, with mouth-to-lung inhaling (MTL, like a cigarette); the 0.6ohm opens the draw towards restricted direct-to-lung inhaling (RDL), with more vapour. The airflow is adjusted by turning, and the pod fills from the underside.

Compatibility

Frequently asked questions

Which coil gives the draw closest to a cigarette?

The 1ohm, on the red or blue level: the draw is tight and the vapour stays light, close to the feel of a cigarette. Move to the 0.6ohm if you want more vapour.

What does the colour of the light ring mean?

It shows the power level chosen: red for soft mode, blue for intermediate mode and green for the strongest mode.

How do I fill the pod?

Remove the pod, turn it over, lift the plug on the underside and pour in the e-liquid. Wait a few minutes before the first puff so the cotton soaks up.
