Flexus SE: a pod with no settings to learn

The Flexus SE pod kit from Aspire is for those who want to vape without complicating their life: no button to press, no menu to browse. The device detects inhaling and heats straight away. Its flat body, 112mm high and less than 15mm thick, goes easily into a pocket, and an indicator light tells you the battery status.

The 1300mAh built-in battery recharges through a USB-C port that accepts 2A, which shortens the wait between sessions. The 3ml pod fills from the side, under a small plug. The AF Mesh 0.8ohm coil fitted as standard is independent of the pod: when the taste goes flat, only the head goes in the bin. On the side, an airflow setting tightens or frees up the draw. Almost closed, it gets close to mouth-to-lung inhaling (MTL): the vapour stays a moment in the mouth before being inhaled, as with a cigarette. More open, it lets in more air for a softer puff.

Do I need to press a button to vape with the Flexus SE?

No. Just inhale on the drip tip: the pod starts by itself and stops as soon as you stop inhaling.

Which AF coil should I choose?

Stay with the 0.8ohm or move to the 1ohm for a tight draw and a discreet vape. The 0.6 and 0.4ohm values give more vapour, with a more open draw.

Can I use the pod from a Flexus Stik or a Flexus Q?

No. These models also use AF coils, but each device keeps its own pod: on the Flexus SE, take only the Flexus SE pod.
