10ml E-Liquids

How to choose your 10ml e-liquid

The 10ml meets a specific need: vaping straight away, with no preparation, with a bottle small enough to change flavour often.

A size that is ready to vape

A 10ml e-liquid is sold directly at its final nicotine strength, with no nicotine shot to add: you open the bottle, fill, and vape. This is the major difference from the 50ml and 100ml sizes, sold in 0mg and designed to take a nicotine shot afterwards. The 10ml skips this step: handy for a pod you refill in a few seconds, as with Heisenberg or Pinkman from Vampire Vape.

Standard nicotine or nicotine salt?

A good share of the shop's 10ml bottles are nicotine salts, recognisable from the product name. At JNR, most of the 43 recipes come in nicotine salt, such as Blueberry Cherry Cranberry, Double Apple for DTL, Peach Ice or Strawberry Dragon Fruit. Liquideo follows the same logic under the Fifty Salt name, with Le M Fifty Salt alongside its standard version Le M. Nicotine salt is vaped with a tight draw, close to a cigarette, and suits a pod well. Other products simply show their strength without specifying the type, like Black Dragon Ice or Cherry Berry, both 20mg at JNR.

Trying a flavour without committing

The 10ml remains the most economical way of trying a recipe before investing in a big bottle. Once you have found the flavour, head to the 50ml to enjoy it for longer, the 100ml for daily direct-to-lung vaping, or the large sizes to stock up.

What is it best for day to day?

The 10ml size particularly suits pods and small kits, refilled often with small amounts of liquid. It is also the size to keep in a bag or pocket so you never run dry away from home, without the weight and bulk of a big bottle like those on the large sizes page.

10ml e-liquids by brand

30 brands offer at least one product in 10ml. Here are the details.

Other brands complete the 10ml offer: Ragnarok from A&L, La Chose and its La Chose Nicotine Salt version from Le French Liquide, Red Astaire from T-Juice and Magic Love Nic Salt from Al Fakher.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a 10ml bottle last?

A 10ml bottle generally lasts a few days to a week for a regular vaper, depending on how often you use it and the size of the tank you refill. That is far less than a 50ml bottle, designed to last several weeks.

Can you add a nicotine shot to a 10ml e-liquid?

No, a 10ml e-liquid is sold already at its final nicotine strength: the bottle is filled to the brim and leaves no room for a nicotine shot. For a liquid you boost yourself, you need a 50ml or 100ml size, sold in 0mg.

What is the difference between a standard e-liquid and a nicotine salt in 10ml?

A nicotine salt gives a smoother throat hit than standard nicotine, even at a high strength, which makes it comfortable with a tight draw on a pod. Standard nicotine gives a stronger hit and is still common on fresh fruity recipes like those from Fruizee.

Is the 10ml size suitable for beginners?

Yes, the 10ml is very good for beginners: it lets you try a strength and a flavour without investing in a big bottle, with limited risk if you do not like the recipe.

Why do some 10ml bottles show 20mg?

The figure shown on the bottle, like the 20mg shown on several JNR products, is the nicotine strength already in the liquid. There is nothing to add: this is the strength you vape directly.
