The GTi coils from Vaporesso were developed for direct-to-lung inhalation (DL), when the vapour is drawn in one go to the lungs. Their mesh heats up quickly over a large surface: this is what lets you vape at high power without losing the flavours of the e-liquid. Each box contains 5 coils of the same value, with the value and wattage range engraved on the metal body.

Which value should you choose?

• 0.15ohm (75 to 90W): for a powerful box mod and maximum vapour
• 0.2ohm (60 to 75W): a thick cloud with lots of flavour, the value fitted as standard in the iTank T of the Armour S and Armour Max kits
• 0.4ohm (50 to 60W): a notch below, for a calmer direct vape
• 0.5ohm (30 to 40W): the least demanding in watts, for DL vaping at moderate power and to spare the battery

Compatible hardware

GTi coils fit the iTank T and iTank 2 tanks, and so the kits that include them, such as the Target 80 iTank 2, the Armour Ultra, the Armour Max or the Armour S. They also fit the iTank T Dual Mesh of the Armour Octa kit. GTX and XROS coils, designed for other devices, do not fit. The other models are gathered in the coils category.

Frequently asked questions

GTi or GTi Dual Mesh: what is the difference?

The base is the same. The GTi Dual Mesh stack two meshes, whereas this pack uses a single mesh and offers the 0.5ohm, absent from the dual version, for vaping at lower power.

What power should I set after changing value?

Read the range engraved on the new coil and set your box mod to the lowest figure. Going from a 0.5ohm to a 0.15ohm needs more than double the watts: think about it before the first puff and open the air inlet wide.
