Aegis Boost 3: a pod mod that unlocks at your touch

The Aegis Boost 3 pod kit is the third generation of the Boost line at Geekvape. Its particularity is a sensor on the back: it recognises the contact of your hand and unlocks the device as soon as you grip it. When it travels in a bag, the Fire Lock function also prevents any accidental firing. IP68 certified, it resists water, dust and knocks, a real companion for outdoor activities.

The built-in 3000mAh battery powers up to 60W, with the AS 4.0 chip for a steady performance puff after puff. Six modes are on the menu: Smart adjusts the power according to the state of the device, Boost pushes vapour production, and Power, Memory, Eco and temperature control complete the choice. The 5ml Boost 2 pod benefits from a top air intake against leaks, the 0.96-inch screen shows your settings and charging is via USB-C (5V / 2A).

Compatibility

The Boost 3 pod takes all three families of B coils: the B Series coils 5 Pack, the B Boost coils 5 Pack and, for a tight vape with mouth-to-lung (MTL) inhalation, the B MTL coils 5 Pack. It is the same pod as that of the Aegis Boost 2 (B60). The other Aegis pods, such as the Aegis Force pod kit, are gathered in the pod kits section.

Frequently asked questions

How does touch unlocking work?

The sensor on the back detects your hand: the device unlocks when you hold it. Also activate Fire Lock if you want to block the button during transport.

Which coil for dense vapour?

The installed 0.2ohm works between 50 and 58W, for direct-to-lung (DL) inhalation where the vapour goes straight into the lungs. The 0.6ohm, designed for 15 to 25W, offers a more moderate draw.

Do Aegis Boost 2 pods fit the Boost 3?

Yes, Geekvape uses the same 5ml pod for the B60 (Aegis Boost 2) and for the Boost 3.
