The spare bulb glass for the iTank 2

This iTank 2 glass from Vaporesso is the 8ml glass tank, recognisable by its rounded shape. It replaces a scratched, cracked or broken glass, and also lets you move an iTank 2 fitted with a smaller straight glass up to the large capacity. Keeping a spare glass avoids shelving the tank after a drop.

Changing the glass without a leak

Empty the tank, then take off the base of the tank to free the old glass. Check the silicone seals and place the new glass straight before screwing back without forcing: a damaged or badly seated seal can be enough to cause a leak.

Compatibility

This glass is designed for the iTank 2 tank, supplied notably with the Target 80 iTank 2 kit. To shield it from knocks, add the Armour Max protector, cut for this 8ml glass. How do I know if my tank is an iTank 2?

The name is on the original box and in your kit's instructions. Don't confuse it with the more recent iTank T, whose glass is different.

What should I do if the old glass is broken into pieces?

Remove the shards carefully before taking it apart, rinse the metal parts in lukewarm water and let them dry. Check that no fragment has stayed on the coil before fitting the new glass.
