The great classic of resistance wire

Fumytech Kanthal A1 wire is a 10 metre spool of iron-chromium-aluminium, the most widely used material for building your own coils. It works only in power (wattage) mode, on any box mod, with no temperature mode setting. It is a simple choice for getting started with coil building.

Four gauges to choose from

• 20 GA (0.80mm): thick wire, for big low-resistance builds
• 22 GA (0.65mm): upper intermediate gauge, a good compromise for a direct draw
• 24 GA (0.50mm): the most common gauge, suited to the majority of builds
• 26 GA (0.40mm): thin wire, heats up quickly with little power

As with any new coil, dry burn it first then check its value with an ohm meter before vaping.
