Description
Heads for the Athos tank
The Athos coils from Aspire are sold in boxes of 5. They are designed for high-power direct-to-lung (DL) inhalation: the vapour is drawn in one go to the lungs, with a very open draw and a dense cloud. The number after the letter A shows the number of heating elements.
- A1 0.16ohm: from 85 to 100W
- A5 0.16ohm: from 100 to 120W, with five small heating cylinders combined in the same head
Compatible hardware
They fit the Athos tank, also supplied in Aspire's Speeder kit. Plan on a box mod able to deliver at least 85W: you will find some in our box mods category. The brand's other heads are in the coils category, and other tanks among the tanks.
Tip
At these power levels, the cotton must be perfectly soaked before heating: pour a few drops into the head, fill then wait five minutes. Start at the bottom of the stated range and go up in steps of 5W.
