Replacement coils for the Z MTL tank

The A Series coils from Geekvape were created for the Z MTL Tank, also called Zeus MTL. This tank is designed for mouth-to-lung (MTL) inhalation: you hold the vapour in your mouth first before inhaling it, with a tight draw reminiscent of a cigarette. Each box contains 5 identical coils.

0.8ohm or 1.2ohm?

• 0.8ohm (12 to 16W): a little more vapour and warmth, for a less discreet MTL
• 1.2ohm (8 to 12W): the tightest draw, at low power, which is gentle on the battery

Compatibility

Geekvape reserves this family for the Z MTL Tank. Watch out for similar names: the Z Nano MTL tank works with B MTL coils, and the Aegis Nano pod kit uses pods with a built-in coil. The other Geekvape families are in the coils section.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know the coil needs changing?

When the flavours turn dull, the vapour decreases or a burnt note appears despite a full tank, fit a new coil. Very sweet e-liquids shorten its life.

What should I do before the first puff?

Soak the cotton through the side openings with a few drops of e-liquid, reassemble the tank, fill it and wait five minutes. Then start at the bottom of the power range.
