Eleaf Melo X Tank

The Melo X, a tank built for vapour

The Melo X Tank from Eleaf offers a 5ml reservoir and aims at direct-to-lung (DL) inhalation, with power that can go up to 45W depending on the coil installed. It comes with two EC-D coils, pre-installed or supplied, a 0.3ohm and a 0.5ohm, so you can compare two results side by side.

An important point about the coil

The Melo X works only with coils from the EC-D family. The other Eleaf heads in the Melo series (classic EC, EC2, EC-M, EC-N, EC-S or EC-A) are not designed for this particular tank, even if the thread seems to match. This is the most common mistake when buying a replacement coil: always check that it really is an EC-D coil before you place your order.

Key features of this tank

• 5ml reservoir, comfortable autonomy between refills
• Two EC-D coils supplied to compare two different results
• Recommended power up to 45W depending on the coil

Frequently asked questions

Can I fit a classic EC coil on the Melo X?

No, only the EC-D family fits this tank. Another EC coil will not give the expected result, even if it screws in.

Which coil should I choose, 0.3 or 0.5ohm?

The 0.3ohm needs more power for denser vapour; the 0.5ohm stays more moderate and is a good starting point.
