The Minican pods from Aspire are sold in twos, each with its built-in coil. They hold 3ml: fill them with your e-liquid, clip them into the device, and replace the whole pod when the flavour fades.

0.8ohm or 1ohm?

These two fairly high values suit a rather tight draw. The 1ohm is the most restrained and comes close to mouth-to-lung (MTL: you hold the vapour in the mouth before inhaling it, like a cigarette). The 0.8ohm opens the draw slightly and produces a little more vapour.
