The Fanssy pod kit from Aspire plays the simplicity card: a flat body that sits well in the hand and a pod with a built-in coil that fills from the top. It suits someone discovering vaping as well as the vaper who wants a second device to keep in a jacket pocket or bag.

The built-in 2000mAh battery leaves room between two recharges, done through the USB-C port under the device. The 5ml pod limits the number of refills during the day, and its transparent tank shows what e-liquid is left. The draw is chosen with the pod: the 1.2ohm gives mouth-to-lung (MTL) inhalation, where the vapour goes through the mouth first, as with a cigarette, the 0.8ohm an in-between, and the 0.6ohm restricted direct-to-lung (RDL), more open and richer in vapour.
