Aspire Huracan EX Box Mod

A simple, versatile box mod with a replaceable battery

The Huracan EX box mod from Aspire runs on an 18650 battery, bought separately. The benefit is practical: when the battery is empty, you slip in another charged one and carry on vaping, without waiting for a recharge. And the day the battery wears out, you change it without replacing the whole box.

It delivers 5 to 100W, which covers a tight-draw tank as well as a big-cloud tank. Several modes are offered: power, voltage, bypass, temperature control and CPS. The 0.96 inch TFT colour screen shows the settings clearly, and the USB-C port charges the battery directly in the box, up to 2A. Its zinc alloy body with a PU coating sits well in the hand, at 86.5 x 34 x 28mm.

Compatibility

The 510 connection accepts the vast majority of tanks and atomizers. Aspire pairs it with the Huracan Tank in the ready-to-use Huracan EX kit. To put your own set together, the Huracan Mini tank follows the same style, and our tanks category offers other options. Prefer a built-in battery? Look at the Huracan LX box mod or the other box mods.

Frequently asked questions

Is the battery included?

No. Get a good-quality 18650 battery suited to vaping. Having two lets you alternate during the day.

What is bypass mode for?

In bypass, the box sends the battery voltage straight to the coil, like a mechanical mod. The vape is stronger when the battery is full and weakens as it drains.
