Vaporesso Apex Pod Kit

A pod with a screen to dial in your vape to the watt

The Apex pod kit from Vaporesso comes as a small rectangular body, with a 0.69-inch OLED screen on the edge. At a glance, you see the chosen power, the remaining charge, the coil value and the puff count. It will appeal to those who like to keep control of their settings, with power adjustable from 5 to 30W, while enjoying the convenience of a pod.

You fire the vape by pressing the button or simply by inhaling. The built-in 2,000mAh battery charges over USB-C at 2A. The 5ml pods, fitted with a COREX 2.0 mesh coil, fill from the side. The 0.8ohm offers mouth-to-lung inhalation (MTL), tight like a cigarette; the 0.6ohm, fitted as standard, opens the draw a little (RDL, restricted direct-to-lung inhalation). The airflow ring then fine-tunes the sensation, and the SSS anti-leak system limits spills.

Compatible pods

The Apex uses pods from its own series. To renew those in the kit, take the Apex pods 2 Pack, offered in 0.6ohm and 0.8ohm. If you are looking for more power and a bigger battery, compare with the Luxe X3. All pods from the brand and from other manufacturers are gathered in our pod kits category.

Frequently asked questions

What power should I set the Apex to?

With the 0.8ohm pod, stay between 5 and 18W. With the 0.6ohm, you can go up to 25W. Start from the bottom of the range and increase in small steps until you find the flavour that suits you.

Do I have to press the button?

No. The Apex also fires on inhale. The button is there if you prefer to control each puff yourself.
